One morning as I sat at a beach appreciating a fantastic sunrise I became overwhelmed by god's forgiveness. It was as if the shades in the sunrise had been displaying to me His never-ending forgiveness in my life. I started to contemplate exactly how flawed I had been, my frequent need for His forgiveness and the pain I've caused Him because of the sin in my life.
Remembering scripture that God not simply forgives, He forgets all my wrong doing; forgiving and also forgetting. I pondered the forgetting and also acknowledging exactly how amazing and also very difficult to comprehend that He forgets. It was overwhelming thinking of the way we fall so short in forgiving other people and also our self plus He not just forgives He simply does not know of our previous pardoned wrongs. Then the word surrender took over. If I am so flawed plus in this kind of need of forgiveness and you're so willing to supply grace; exactly why do I want to be in control of myself or even anyone else?

The heaviest thing you'll ever carry is actually that load of guilt and shame. The song says to you that you were not intended to bear your sins, they were put under the blood of Jesus. He died for your sin, so do not bring them up ever again. It does not matter exactly what you have done, if you have confessed along with turned away, then you are forgiven plus your sin is actually forgotten. You have the freedom to live. How does God show us to live?
So I say, live by the spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature.
